29 Mar March 29, 2016 by Eric Anderson in News, Workplace We are honored to part of the Mercy Health Headquarters project team, work with SCB and Verus Partners create a campus environment that encourages health, collaboration, interaction and enables flexibility as needs change over time. A March 28, 2016 article by the Cincinnati Business Courier stated, “The first of about 1,050 Mercy Heath employees will move into the nonprofit’s new $71 million headquarters in Bond Hill on April 4, and each will have an adjustable-height desk that will enable them to alternate between sitting and standing while working.” As part of a regional consolidation, Mercy Health will bring more than 1,000 workers from its offices in Downtown Cincinnati, Blue Ash and Sycamore Township to this new headquarters in Bond Hill. KZF Design provided local architectural representation, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction administration and tenant fit-up services for this new five-story, $71M, 365,000 SF corporate headquarters delivered in a “build-to suit/lease back” arrangement with a developer. The new Mercy Health headquarters facility is an outward sign of Mercy Health’s evolution to one unified team, working together to improve the health of the communities they serve.
