KZF provided programming, schematic and concept design, construction documents and construction administration services in a Construction Manager at Risk delivery model. The new facility consists of a 9,500 SF office/maintenance building, a 20,000 SF heated truck storage building, a 5,500 SF fabric covered Salt Storage Building, a 2,000 SF fabric covered Mix Building, a 5,000 SF Cold Storage Building, new re-fueling station with above ground fuel tanks and site utilities. KZF worked closely with ODOT Central Office, District 9 and the local Adams Facility directors and personnel to develop a detailed program that met the project needs and utilizing a design prototype KZF developed for other ODOT facilities.
