Project Type: Corporate Office Client: American Modern Insurance Group Construction Cost: $1,800,000 Square Footage: 30,000 SF KZF provided master planning, programming and design for the renovation of a 514,000 SF facility for the insurance company formerly known as Midland. Starting in 2014, the initial project included programming and space planning for two buildings, a fitness center, conference center and construction documents for a one-floor renovation. Our work has continued over the years to include a $1.8M upgrade to AMIG’s Customer Service operations, including space designed with sustainability and employee wellness in mind. The project, which began in April 2017, features sit-to-stand workstations, circadian lighting, daylight and views and support areas such as an outdoor patio and resource zones designated for associates to focus on career development and academic advancement.
