Design/build services included architecture, interior design, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, Antiterrorism/Force Protection and LEED®. The center features a lap pool, deep water tank, multipurpose pool, administrative offices, training/classrooms, showers, lockers, storage and parking facilities.
