The facilities include training spaces, pre-school and toddler rooms, administrative offices and full kitchens. The buildings are designed with principles similar to those used in civilian day care centers, following locally established architectural themes, and using materials which are durable and require little maintenance. The buildings are designed to meet LEED Silver requirements.
