Project Type: Student Housing Client: Miami University, Oxford Campus Construction Cost: $4,400,000 Square feet: 150,000 SF KZF Design provided architecture, engineering, and interior design for various types of upgrades to nine Residence Halls on a fast-track schedule. The project focused on updating systems and finishes to increase life safety, functionality, energy efficiency and appearance of the student housing facilities. Upgrades included: fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, lighting, finishes, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, built-in furniture removal and ceiling replacement. The project was delivered on a fast-track schedule to ensure completion over the summer break before students moved in for the fall semester.
