KZF is currently providing planning and design for the $28M renovation of a 400,000 SF building into a 450-space parking garage topped with 100,000 SF of office space and street-level retail. It is the intent of the design team to keep the historic nature of the building while opening up the interiors and adding windows to take advantage of the large floorplates and attract a large office user, such as a call center, to the Central Business District.

The project is a public/private partnership between the City of Cincinnati and the developer.
