Project Type: Conference Center Client: Taft Stettinius Hollister Square feet: 114,000 SF Construction Cost: $3,000,000 The Taft Center is a 5,000 SF conference and education facility that is part of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister law firm’s headquarters in downtown Cincinnati. The KZF Design team of interior designers, architects and engineers worked with Taft to create a branded aesthetic that could be integrated into existing and future office environments and reflect an identity which distinguishes the firm from its competitors. Sustainable materials are used in a unique application to create an environment that is contemporary and dynamic while being warm and engaging at the same time. KZF also provided a space assessment study of 114,000 SF in the US Bank Building, five full floors, and presented the firm with a detailed cost analysis of alternatives.
