Project Type: Classroom Client: University of Cincinnati Construction Cost: $120,000,000 Square Footage: 225,000 SF Collaborating with internationally-recognized Henning Larsen Architects, KZF is providing Architect of Record services for the new, 225,000 SF state-of-the-art business school facility. The $120M, four-story building will feature glass facades, a grand atrium and lobby, open workspaces, a courtyard, a large café, lecture spaces and a teaching lab, amongst other amenities. This new facility is expected to be completed by the 2019 fall semester. The design targets LEED® Gold Certification and prioritizes sustainable strategies that will minimize environmental impact while simultaneously maximizing human comfort and well-being – indoors and out. The façade design supports the building’s energy performance and allows sufficient daylight into both offices and classrooms.
