Project Type: Office Client: University of Cincinnati, College of Nursing Construction Cost: $1,200,000 Square Footage: 7,200 SF KZF Design provided architecture, interior design and MEP engineering to renovate 7,200 SF on the west side of Procter Hall to create the UC Health iCoN Innovation Space, a new office environment for the graduate program of the College of Nursing. The renovation included demolition of hard-walled offices, finishes and infrastructure. All renovated spaces received new finishes and furnishings. The project also included upgrades to the existing mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing and technology systems to support the new office environment. The redesigned space features office areas for 40 faculty with embedded technology for greater mobility. The workspace serves as a meeting place and think tank. It currently is the only open workspace atmosphere for faculty at UC.
