Project Type: Manufacturing Distribution Client: IDI Gazeley Construction Cost: $17,000,000 Square feet: 200,000 SF KZF Design provided Architecture, Structural and Plumbing Engineering services for a new, $17M, 200,000 SF manufacturing distribution facility, including office/employee areas, being delivered in a build-to-suit model for UGN, an automotive industry supplier. The architectural design includes shell building and office/employee area layouts, as well as maintenance area and shipping offices. Structural design includes foundations, tilt up panels, roof framing and lateral bracing. Plumbing design was also added to the project scope in conjunction with the design/build subcontractor for the plumbing scope of the project. The building is designed to accommodate future expansion areas totaling up to an additional 150,000 SF.
