Greg Hutzel, RA, NCARB, PMP, LEED AP BD+C is Vice President and Director of KZF’s Federal Government Group. Greg has 25 years of experience creating places that promote safety and security for federal, state and local governments. He understands how to marry resourceful design selections with quality control procedures to meet complex regulations and make the most of limited resources.
Greg is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP), an internationally recognized professional designation which attests to their high level of skill and experience leading and directing project teams and staff. Additionally, Greg is one of the founding members of the Cincinnati Chapter of the US Green Building Council and a LEED AP. Greg has been a leader in the design of sustainable buildings.
