Enhancing KZF Design’s commitment to the clients and markets we serve, our Cincinnati-based architecture, engineering, interior design, and urban planning firm is introducing an expanded array of services, along with updates and realignments to our internal structure.
KZF Design is delighted to announce we have recently refined our Transportation & Infrastructure team to more comprehensively reflect the diverse range of services our team offers, all aimed at aligning with a community’s needs, objectives, and vision. As a result, we are excited to reframe this department as our Community Design Studio. This team will focus on projects such as master planning, urban design and redevelopment, parks and waterfronts, bike and pedestrian paths, streetscapes, gateways, and plazas, corridor and transportation planning, infrastructure engineering, community engagement, and more.
The Community Design Studio will be led by Lynn Zuch, AICP, LEED AP. Lynn’s strong project leadership on significant KZF projects and her impressive portfolio make her a well-established and highly regarded member of our team. Given her expertise in projects of diverse scales and intricacies, we look forward to watching the Community Design Studio craft spaces which promote growth, vitality, and connection in every community it serves.
In addition, KZF recently added Landscape Architecture to our complement of design services. Our focus will include urban design, placemaking, site analysis and design, programming, and site amenities.
Our firm grew in both size and expertise with the recent addition of Clete Benken, RLA, ASLA to our team of professionals. Clete joins KZF as Director of Landscape Architecture, supporting our mission of designing better futures through creativity in site and urban design, bringing his extensive and proven track record of successful projects to the firm. As a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), Clete’s dedication to innovative urban design contributes significantly to our vision of connecting the built and natural environment in meaningful and compelling ways.
