The PMP credential, offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), is the industry-recognized standard for project managers. Candidates must demonstrate experience, education and competency to lead and direct projects in order to achieve this certification. PMP is the gold standard of project management, validating competence to perform in the role of a project manager, leading and directing projects and teams.
