KZF provided architecture, MEP, civil and structural engineering, interior design, sustainable design and construction administration services as part of a design/build team for a new 21,700 SF Child Development Center for children ages 6-10. The facility is designed to accommodate 150-180 children and includes training spaces, full kitchen with additional kitchen training room, arts and science rooms, performing arts room, homework center, computer lab, large indoor multi-purpose room for gym activities and outdoor activity areas including a playground and soccer field. The building is designed to meet LEED® Silver certification standards.
