KZF provided architectural design for Hills Developers’ new multi-family residential development in Anderson Township which fills a gap in residential options in the region. The 200+ units of 1- and 2-bedroom luxury apartments sit on a parking podium that serves residents and a Metro Park and Ride station. Amenities include outdoor pool, firepits and grills, speak easy club room, fitness center with a yoga studio, and a resident cafe.
The integrated Park and Ride facility provides covered parking and an indoor waiting area for Metro users.
KZF lead the team of consultants through a series of challenging program conditions including unusual geotechnical conditions, dramatic topographic conditions, and local design requirements all while maintaining strict budget compliance.
