KZF provided architecture, engineering, interior design and cost estimating services for a comprehensive, all-inclusive, analysis survey (building exterior, building interior, building structural systems, HVAC systems, fire and security protection systems, plumbing systems, IT infrastructure systems, etc.) of various State of Ohio-owned and/or managed buildings, totaling 4,000,000 SF of space. Buildings included in this survey include the James A. Rhodes State Office Tower, Vern Riffe Center for Government and the Arts, and the Governor’s Residence. KZF’s work will be used to develop biennial operating budgets, biennial capital budgets and major renovation projects.
