KZF provided workplace strategy, programming and full design of Avon’s Customer Insight Center, as part of Avon’s corporate transformation plan to move its call center from Springdale to Blue Ash, and add training operations for its national sales consultants. The project included data gathering from executives and employees, recommendations, detailed space programs, test fits and full design of the fit-up with mechanical and electrical upgrades, restroom expansions, furniture, finish selection and integration of “heritage” pieces from the existing New York location.
