KZF worked with the City of Carlisle to create conceptual redevelopment plans for the corridor along Central Avenue between Sunset Drive and Jamacia Road, including a multi-unit residential townhome development at Sunset Drive, redevelopment of the former Carlisle School site, and commercial corridor improvements along Central Avenue.
