KZF Design provided architecture and interior design services as well as lighting and electrical design for the renovation of CSH’s 9th floor office space. The primary reason for renovating this floor was to provide CSH with a training center that would be separate from the rest of the main office space and designed with flexibility in mind. A welcoming reception area is bright to greet visitors, with light-up acrylic panels and accent colors throughout the space reinforce the firm’s brand. Several small huddle rooms were incorporated into the design to provide places for trainees to make personal calls or have impromptu breakout sessions.
This renovation also allowed CSH the opportunity to move several departments from other floors to make room for future growth. Huddle spaces and conference rooms were provided throughout the office space to encourage collaboration. Design work required careful coordination with the building owner and contractors to assure successful completion of the project.
