The 87,200 SF space is six stories high with a lower level, expanding the existing Contemporary Arts Center’s space over six times. Tucked in the lower level, there is a 125-seat performance space and a catering kitchen to support special functions. Administrative offices are located on the third floor as well as part of the fourth and there is a coffee bar at the lobby level. The sixth floor houses the Unmuseum, an interactive educational center for children and families.
