KZF Design provided architectural, structural and MEP demolition documents for an existing mall building and architectural, structural and MEP services for the reconstruction of the Crestview Hills Town Center. The Lifestyle Center contains a mixed use of upscale retail, restaurant and business tenant spaces in eight separate buildings. A Dillard’s Department Store anchors the property. A total of 270,000 SF of additional space is occupied by retailers such as Pier One, Talbots, Coldwater Creek, Joseph A. Bank, Starbucks and many others. KZF provided complete or partial tenant fit-up design services for merchants including Bed, Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Talbots, Hallmark, Entertainment Solutions and others.
