KZF provided Criteria Architect services for a new service facility delivered through design/build. This facility serves as the primary public works service facility providing road maintenance, fleet maintenance for both the Public Works and Fire Departments’, and emergency storm and snow removal response for the community, capable of maintaining 24-hour full operational capacity at times of weather emergencies or other events requiring extended operations. The facility includes new storage bays, maintenance garage and fueling center. Inside, the building has office space, workstations and tool rooms. The service facility was built on the former Fire Rescue Station site, which KZF also served as Criteria Architect for the Township. Once construction of the Fire Rescue Station was completed, they demolished the old station and surrounding buildings.
