KZF provided criteria architecture services for a new fire station for the Township. The free-standing station is 11,500 SF, with apparatus bays, office space, living quarters for fire and EMS personnel, a training room, fitness room and operations support spaces. Site improvements include bay aprons, driveway access and parking for the relocation of an existing Firemen’s Memorial. KZF also assisted Delhi Township in preparing the design/build Request for Qualification, Request for Proposals and provided support during the design/build team selection process.
