KZF Design provided Criteria Architecture and Engineering services to Goshen Township for the new Fire and EMS station. The new facility is a one-story, three bay fire substation including living quarters and support spaces for a full-time fire department. The design of the facility promotes a healthy environment and includes measures to limit the possibility of contamination by hazardous materials stored in the building or brought back after a fire event.
KZF was responsible for developing project program and scope items, providing drawings, narratives and specifications to support RFP development, preparing the Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals, and assisting the Township during the qualification, proposal, and selection process.
