The Hillebrand Nursing and Rehabilitation Center project consists of 110 skilled nursing beds and 10 assisted living beds divided between the two upper floors. Each floor has its own dining room, nurse station, staff offices and service areas. The upper floor houses a chapel and crafts facility. The ground level design includes a library adjacent to a large 2- story lobby. The lower level of the facility contains the service areas such as laundry, full kitchen, employee lounge, storage, and mechanical space, as well as, resident amenities such as beauty salon and physical therapy space. The 63,400 Sf facility, with 24,000 Sf footprint is situated on less than two acres including all require parking and storm detention structures. All spaces were designed to be ADA accessible.

The project was financed with a Federal Housing Authority Guarantee Program.
