KZF provided master planning and landscape architecture services in the development of park improvements at the northwest corner of Loveland Avenue and SR48. In the preliminary planning and design of a space intended to celebrate the Loveland community, KZF conducted a visioning session with city staff, evaluated existing conditions, and developed design concepts recommendations. Renderings and cost estimates were developed for each concept option.
