Madison Township, located in a suburban area southeast of Columbus, serves over 23,000 residents. Madison Township provides Fire and EMS services to the unincorporated areas of the Township, as well as to the municipalities of Groveport, Canal Winchester, Obetz, Lithopolis, and Pickerington. KZF Design provided Criteria Architecture and Engineering services to Madison Township for the new Fire Station 183. The free-standing station is approximately 11,500 SF, and include office spaces, living quarters, fitness room, apparatus bays, and related support spaces. Operations support spaces include turnout gear storage, EMS supplies, SCBA storage and repairs, decontamination area, and bulk storage for department supplies.
