KZF provided Full Criteria architecture and engineering design for a new public works and parks administration maintenance and storage facility, which includes renovations to an existing manufacturing facility purchased by the City of Mason for conversion. The design/build project involved renovating the existing facility shell to include over 6,000 SF of offices and administration areas, a 15,000 SF, six-bay vehicle maintenance area and approximately 100,000 SF of heated vehicle and material storage areas, plus site elements including parking lots, fuel station, and exterior material “lay-down” areas.
