The Miami Valley School is Dayton’s only independent, PreK–12 college prep school.
KZF provided Project Management, architecture, interior design, MEP, and civil/structural engineering to add a floor within an existing gymnasium space to create a new central cafeteria and kitchen for the school, as well as an upper-level commons, classrooms, innovation labs, a student learning support area, and college counseling offices and meeting space. The project also included planning, focus group, and sustainability sessions and meetings with parents, faculty, and staff.
