KZF Design provided planning, traffic engineering, urban design and cost estimating for two miles of improvements of Montana Avenue between Farrell Avenue and Boudinot Avenue. KZF developed roadway alternatives through construction documents, including final right-of-way plans to reconfigure an existing four-lane roadway to a new three-lane street, with a center two-way left turn lane.
