KZF planners worked with the Village of New Richmond to develop a Riverfront Master Plan to establish the riverfront as a destination that reinvigorates Front Street with events and activities. Working with key stakeholders, the KZF team facilitated visioning sessions and community engagement. Preliminary concept designs included GIS base mapping, site plan development, concept graphics, and 3D renderings.
Following Master Planning, KZF is currently leading the Schematic Design phase which has included geotechnical and utility explorations, ecological survey, cost estimating, and project phasing. Revised site plans, concept designs, and 3D models were developed to address riverfront design parameters, USACE and Environmental permitting considerations, providing ADA accessibility, and meeting New Richmond’s goals and vision for their riverfront.
