KZF Design provided park master planning services to the City of Loveland to develop a plan to renovate the existing Nisbet Park. Work included visioning, master planning, phasing and funding strategy, and cost estimating. A key part of the plan was public input. KZF developed two concept designs that were presented to the public, and after a feedback period, developed into a final master plan.
KZF assisted the City in receiving grant funding and have been designing park elements in phases. KZF designed the new amphitheater which recently began construction.
