KZF prepared a city-wide bike and pedestrian master plan to help the City of Springdale improve its multi-modal infrastructure and connectivity. The plan seeks to establish a hierarchy of bike/pedestrian facilities that connect the west to east sides of the city as well as north and south. Work included substantial community engagement.

To aid in future grant applications, specific attention was paid to access and connections to regional bike facilities like the Glenwood Gardens to Winton Woods Trail and the East Fork of the Mill Creek Greenway Trail.

Recommendations included a multi-use trail on Springfield Pike for both bicyclists and pedestrians, with connecting sidewalks to safety get from residential areas to commercial areas.
