The new 4-story, 54,000 SF LEED® Gold certified complex houses the Authority’s administration, engineering, accounting and customer service departments, totaling more than 70 employees. KZF designers interviewed each department head to determine space needs and investigate inter-departmental relationships in order to plan the most effective interior layout of the complex. Toho is the first LEED® certified government building in Osceola County and first LEED® certified building in Kissimmee, FL.
