UC Turner & Schneider Residence Halls
The first dormitories built on UC’s campus in more than 25 years to solve a housing shortage dilemma.
University of Cincinnati
The University of Cincinnati, in an effort to promote a “campus life” environment, planned additional student housing on the West Campus at the corner of Jefferson and University Avenues. KZF Design served as the Architect of Record and Principal Designer, providing architectural design and production, structural design, site planning, interior design, and mechanical/electrical design. This design/build project consisted of three buildings, ranging between four to seven floors, providing 190,000 SF of space encompassing approximately 560 beds arranged in a mixture of single and double bedrooms. Each suite is capable of housing four students who share a common living room and a private bathroom.
