KZF Design is Architect of Record, providing Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, and Civil Engineering, working with a national Design Architect, for a new, 180,000 GSF, $76.6M academic building for the College of Arts & Sciences, featuring classrooms, collaborative spaces, project and lab spaces, and multi-function gathering spaces, in addition to staff and faculty offices. Site presents challenging topography on a prominent campus location.

KZF Design is coordinating a design team which consists of Design Architect firm LMN Architects of Seattle, Washington, BuroHappold Engineering, PEDCO E & A, and MKSK as lead landscape architect.
