Partnered with Solomon Cordwell Buenz in Chicago, KZF provided structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as design-assist services for a new, 162,000 SF, four-story, build-to-suit headquarters for Valvoline. Located in Lexington, KY, the project was designed to support a growing staff of 500 employees by creating a unique, open and flexible workplace that reflects the legacy and future of the Valvoline brand.
